If you were to hire someone....

If you were to hire someone to work in the industry, who would be at the top of your list?

I have someone in mind, but it seems they are happy with their job.

Zeiss 10-24-2013 04:31 PM

Someone, who needs $. They will work at the least..

livexxx 10-24-2013 04:46 PM

Walter White

keysync 10-24-2013 05:16 PM

You get what you pay for..

mineistaken 10-24-2013 05:18 PM

whats the position you are hiring for?

SilentKnight 10-24-2013 05:19 PM

I'd have myself cloned.

Wizzo 10-24-2013 05:19 PM

I'm very happy but hit me up tomorrow as I know a few people depending on what you are looking for them to do.

PornDiscounts-V 10-24-2013 05:30 PM

Remote? Depends on what you need.

As for people who need money... I wouldn't hire them. They often can't work hard because they have so much they owe others.

ErectMedia 10-24-2013 08:55 PM

Depends on the job :2 cents:

srockhard 10-24-2013 08:58 PM

I'd hire someone with a similar name as my own.

eroticsexxx 10-24-2013 09:06 PM

One would never know unless the proposal is put forth.

mikesouth 10-24-2013 09:34 PM

I am quite happy indeed but thanks for thinking of me

bean-aid 10-24-2013 09:38 PM

You could always try the:

Will he bring in 6K/month approach that I know at least 1 feels. If he makes money from the start, hire (reason being you will never be down cash). That is the approach of one of the dumbest mother fuckers I have ever had the displeasure of reading on adult boards.

Here is exact quote: ah fuck it... got to post the entire thing

"Good feedback ladies and gents.

I have kicked around a few different options as things are just getting to be too big for me to captain. I've looked at business partners, or limited partners who bring in key elements (like traffic generation, programming/developement) that I am not good at but add value to the company. However, if you do not bring in equals, then you're going to have conflict.

I have picked up a few people who have taken over pieces or part of my business. For example, I did train a newbie from outside the adult industry to handle some of the worker bees. This allows me to not have to deal with 6 different people bothering me all day, and instead I only have to deal with the one person putting in place a chain of command.

I still have the larger adult business side of things I will need someone to spearhead in the near future as more pieces of the puzzle are completed. I also have my ISP which is growing nicely, and that is going to require someone much more skilled than myself at some point in the near future as we look to acquisitions.

We then have this new marketing/mailer side of the business that is fucking exploding. We are looking to scale that out here in the near future as there is insane possibilities on the long term data management and traffic generation side of things.

I am excellent and developing new ideas and finding opportunities. However, I am not a marketing mastermind or a network administrator. I am awesome when it comes to building out a company to a certain scale and then at that point, you need to bring in some key personnel.

The next thing on my plate is to find a project manager who can handle some of the other programming and projects we have going on. This would be much better for the developers as they would get someone who can handle all of their emails and concerns as they come in versus me having to schedule time window to chat with them or them waiting on me to get back a detailed email or something. It would help to keep those projects moving forward.

Anyway, slowing one by one finding key people to better manage the growth and opportunities. Again, thank you guys and gals for all of the help. Keep it coming. Any and all help is appreciated.

From my experience: no fucking way to work with Anyone from family. This is my only strict rule. Sooner or later it goes bad.

I was working with a ~dozen guys in the last years until my crew became 'finalized' and now I have 3 reliable and skilled guys who I love to work with. :pimp

In a strange twist of irony, your name came up.

Rochard 10-25-2013 09:05 AM

I know someone I wouldn't hire (again), but many will likely disagree with me so I'll leave it at that.

Fact is, though, good help is hard to find.

Cocaine's shelf life is quite long. Cocaine can still be used after a year but there are several factors that affect the shelf life of cocaine like its production and storage. Cocaine is normally used after a short period from the date of its production.

To totally fatfoo it, and get the gig, you'd need to play to your target market, Rochard. :winkwink:

I fixed it for you.

For certain positions, that might apply. Such as girlfriend.
