Anyome know anything like this THAT SOLID CODE and ideally has source code at least partially open.

The htaccess from vldpersonal script have HUGE list of rules making impossible for me to converted this shit when i have skiped to nginx server from apache. (Im talking about 1000 at peak time when apache was miserable slow).
however i still own two active licences, let me know if you want one of them.
