Internet Attorney in Florida?
 

Does anyone know of a good attorney in Florida? I need c&d letters, domain name copyright violations, script license aggreement violations, etc taken care of. Cost is not important, I want the best. Thanks in advance.

Yea give him the retainer and he will go get em, I have used him to make sure my sites are legal, send C&D letters and call a certain well know host on this board and smack them around a bit. Great guy easy to get on the phone, and he goes to the shows, like Internext so he knows what is up!

No, going after guys who violate license agreements of my scripts and the guys who register similiar domains to mine.

The scripts I'll give you, you should be enforcing that license if it's being abused. The domains...hahahahahaha blow me. See you in court. Rhetorically speaking of course, I don't do TGP stuff or whatever it is you do and I certainly don't want you to really blow me. I don't even know your domains but if they are that valuable to you then you should be buying up typos and such on a regular basis anyway.

they were sued and the url was handed over to me.

almost impossible to do without trademark though - that's the first step.

LOL, JayJay exactly what is your point? Cost is important as far as results per dollar spent. I would be a fool to pay $400 a hour when a $250 a hour attorney gets the same results.
