Yes another Paxum fuckup! Over 1000 stuck in paxum
So my Paxum card was apparently lost or stolen so now I have no way to access my money. I had moved the money to the card to withdraw it but since I cannot find the card I have no way to get the funds out. I cannot move it back to the checking and of course they don't give you an option to request a check or to withdraw it any other method so yea I am fucked. I contacted their support with 3 phone calls and have yet to have a return phone call. Talked to Chris and his options were find your card or order a new one. Yea well I can order a new one but that doesn't fix the fucking issue that I cannot move the money back over which means it will sit there until a new card is created and sent and we all know how long that takes. I will now have to jump through months of re-verifying shit etc! Any suggestions on how to get the money out of the Mastercard side of shit? Fucking hell!

You can do that robwod? I didn't know that would work. I attempted to send an invoice to one of my other emails and then pay the PayPal invoice using the mastercard number but it said that this card could not be used.

My husbands account obviously the card being misplaced or stolen is on me. That isn't the issue its the fact that you can't do anything to get the funds out and basically support sucks. You can't transfer the money back from the mastercard to checking, can't withdraw it any other means. Phone support sucks because you never get anyone live and if you leave a message they take forever to call you back or send a ticket saying "oh do you still need a return call". No I just called to ask how you guys are! |
Sponsors need to start using payoneer. Some paxum sponsors seem to be really stubborn about using payoneer.

The first emails were sent on Thursday. I also have left 4 voice mails because every time I try to call it says they are busy to leave a voice mail. The tickets are still sitting there so still waiting for a reply.
As far as cards go I have yet to receive my new card for my own account so yea they have issues. Its just messed up that you can't do anything with your own money. You should be able to move money from the mastercard side of things to the checking. It should not take days to get some kind of answer. |

We have not had the card to wallet transfers for a few months now - the same with all other companies like ours. We can resolve this issue once you request for a new card. We have spoken on icq and I have let you known that you will need to request a new card if you can not find your old card. Please let us know what you want to do
As for if we are having issues printing cards - Yes we did have an issue that caused a delay with getting new cards out. That issue was resolved and cards are being printed and shipped out in batches. Chris |
