Looking to purchase layout/script/installation for a Tube site

Requirements:

Word Press Theme (Set up style like: http://www.centralsocial3d.com/Tube/index.html)

Use of a script that only embeds thumbnails - and does not download the video - how ever uses an independent player - possibly such as: http://www.wpxtube.com/
