Our payouts have been a week behind now for a solid month.
We switched from ACH to wires about 6 months ago because you informed us it would make for more predictable on-time payouts because your ACH system was unreliable. Despite the added fees for the wire method, we switched, because we wanted our money on time.
Now, even with the wire method, our money is a week late. Zombaio chat support never has any answers.
Again, no payout for this week. (last week's arrived Monday). Please contact us and provide some kind of answer as to what is going on.
