If Aaron Hernandez is guilty he sure doesn't act that way..

I've watched just about every hearing for Hernandez and in each one he's looked totally at ease and confident. Never a sign of being worried or concerned he's in a lot of trouble.

So I don't know if he and his attorneys know something nobody else does that's going to get him off, but he sure acts that way..

I know the state is lining up a lot of people who they're going to give deals to so they testify against him..

I think this is going to be a much harder case to prove than most people assume it is..

Should be very interesting once the trial actually begins..

J. Falcon 10-09-2013 11:21 AM

He's just playing his nonchalant gangsta image. I hope he enjoys his thug lifestyle behind bars. Loser.

JohnnyNight 10-09-2013 11:29 AM

Okay, it's already starting..

The judge is asking the state why so much alleged evidence they supposedly had in the case is missing..

This is pretty amazing..

okok 10-09-2013 11:29 AM

If he's a psychopath who can hold his shit together on angel dust, no doubt he can stay suave in the courtroom. Hell, Ray Lewis is a man of god on tv these days, and he stabbed a guy and threw out his white suit like he was taking out the trash.

So the trial is televised?

JohnnyNight 10-09-2013 11:33 AM

pre trial hearing is on espn

and the state wants the judge off case already, think she favors the defense for some reason

Believe half of what you see, and none of what you hear (Edgar Allan Poe).

I'm willing to bet that the State's witnesses are less-than-reputable characters. Credilbility will be an issue. Put that together with why would a millionaire pro ball player risk getting his own hands dirty theory - and maybe you've got a shot at getting off.

Looked liked MLB had a slam-dunk case against Alex Rodriguez, but now it looks like their witnesses are all paid for. He's gonna walk, just like Clemens and Bonds.

JohnnyNight 10-09-2013 11:39 AM

hernandez takes the stand

judge asks hernandez if he's had recent employment..

Rochard 10-09-2013 11:44 AM

Guilty as sin.

Yeah, destroying his home's security cam and footage, lying to police and having his home scrubbed inside out after the murder, isn't acting guilty.

Wow your lack of insight into the human psyche is incredible

kane 10-10-2013 03:27 AM

I once heard a cop say that guilty people relax in court and under interrogation because they know they are caught and have accepted their fate while innocent people freak out because they are scared of going to jail for something they haven't done.

pornguy 10-10-2013 06:29 AM

Sociopaths and psychopaths don't feel guilt or remorse and usually place responsibility on the victims of their maliciousness. OJ smiled in court too. So did Bundy...:2 cents:

You see innocence and I see the signs of a narcissistic sociopath.

At the very least he'd be convicted on the gun charges, don't you think?

OneHungLo 10-10-2013 01:51 PM

Anyone that says he will walk hasn't been following the case.

Will murder 1 stick? maybe maybe not.

He'll never walk from murder 2.

I think he was comparing to clemens and bonds because of the ease with which they lied through their teeth. Most all narcissists & sociopaths are really good at that.

There you go. And sometimes a good liar comes across more credible than bought witnesses, which is what MLB had with Clemens and Bonds, and what they appear to have with Rodriguez (Anthony Bosch).
