So I made a post about this service in the past, however about 4 days later I shut the service down due to the many bugs we ran into.

However this time we're back and better then ever.

I've been watching Tumblr fore the past few months, and for some reason everyone seems to create pron blogs on Tumblr.

Even though we all know they're ban happy, and there are several alternatives to it like easyXsites, BlogBugs, and many other services.


I believe this is because Tumblr is simple, and it has a lot of internal traffic.
So that's what I tried to do with PornBlogr.


We stripped the complicated WordPress theme to create a much more elegant and beautiful theme.

Also unlike every other Free Porn Blog host out there, we don't have hundreds of themes you can choose form.

There's only 1 theme which is used across all blogs.

We also took the liberty of completely removing comments out of this theme.
Comments are mainly used by spammers to leave backlinks, they also put a lot of stress on the servers.

Traffic:
Now I realize the main reason why Tumblr is so successful is because of the large amounts of traffic you can receive.

Tumblr has a search function that searches every single Tumblr blog, so someone can search for Alexis Texas and find hundreds of images and fap.

Well that's what we did here.

Our search engine may not be as beautiful or efficient as Tumblr's, but it does the trick.

The second you make a post, it's indexed almost instantly.

But that's not all. We also placed a "Random Blog" button in the header and footer of every blog.

When clicking this button it takes you to a random blog.

We shortened the Random Blog url using Bit.ly, that way if anyone wants to see the statistics they can simply visit this url:

Finally we integrated a Pinterest like system into PornBlogr.

Every single blog has a "Pin" button placed on it, whenever visitors come by they are able to pin your posts to the main PornBlogr pin website located here: http://pin.pornblogr.com/

Moderation:
Each post, page, and blog has a report button placed on it. If you find a blog posting illegal content or breaking the PornBlogr ToS in anyway simply report it and we'll remove the post and ban the user if necessary.

Back Ups:
The biggest problem with free blog hosts is it can shut down at any given moment. All of your hard work would be gone.

We made advertising easier then ever. You won't need to place HTML codes in every single spot manually.

All you have to do is place your ad codes in the advertisements fields and your advertisements appear above and below every single psot & page you create.

Also, are there any developments toward mass-import? I'd really like to see that as an option. Maybe just a standard CSV importer.

Yea it's been doing very well actually. I redirected many of my porn domains such as http://sexter.me/ to the website for traffic.

And as for big G yes it's been great. The domain has good keywords. PornBlog*

I have just fixed the login redirection. When you log in it now redirects you back to the main domain http://pornblogr.com/ and then from there you can click on the admin bar to visit the admin panel.

I also enabled the Import function. I added RSS, WordPress, and Tumblr importing.

It might be a bit of a pain to execute, but if you could allow us to upload basic CSV files, I'd love it. Being able to create blog posts using spreadsheets is a lot more appealing to me than doing it one by one.

For instance, being able to take this type of setup:

Title Post Content Category Tags
Big Slut This whore... Big Boobs boobs, tits, blowjob
Tiny Teen What a cutie... Petite petite, small, barely legal

Or simple Notepad documents that can be separated with tab , ; or | would be tops. It's easy enough to take it from a spreadsheet and make it work with notepad.

Kind of like how sponsors these days allow you to export FLV files and upload them in bulk.

I could try to get this done.

I use Ultimate CSV Importer for my sites, so the free version of that should be just dandy. :thumbsup

Edit: as another suggestion, allow us to upload media files independently. I'm sure there are reasons why you want to avoid this, but currently, all images are appended to a post if you bulk import them. Also, giving us the option to remove the /2013-10-10/ before an image would be cool. This is a function you can do in wordpress quite easily, so I hope it translates without issue.

since tumblr is open source, why wouldn't you just fork that?

When you're signed into your dashboard look to the left. There is a button that says Manage blogs. Click that and at the top of that page will be a link that says Create a New Site and that's it.

What do you mean? I have tested the log in system, it seems to work fine.

We have a system installed, if you mistype your password or username 3 times you will be locked out for 15 minutes. Then if it happens again you'll be locked out for 24 hours.

We did this to prevent brute force attacks.

I added a new feature called Pre Post Ad . You can set it up by going to the tab "Skip Ad"

It basically forced the user to wait some time before being able to view post content. But while the user is waiting, you can place ads for him to view.
