I'm new to this stuff, help please
 

I've been lurking at this place and looking at the guides at http://www.vnwr.com

I get some of the basics, but I don't really know how to put it all together to get something started for my first TGP.

I think I need:
- a host... and domain too i guess, is it bad to get that from the same place?
- sponsors/banners
- content (for TGP)
- recip images

... then put it all together, but I don't know where to get the stuff, and in what order since all works together, you know what I mean?

Not sure what recip images are... Are they for getting traffic? Speaking of traffic, how do you get picked up by search engine's, especially google? Or is that near impossible? How else can I get traffic for TGPs?

Should I have an AVS, or is that only for pay sites?

Is there any other GOOD places to get help and tutorials?

You are on the right track!
You really should be able to find all your answers in a couple of Voltars tutorials. There you will learn all the basics.
