Simple text spinner needed

I need something very simple. I don't need a thesaurus or anything like that. I need something that can spit out all the possibilities that I can give it. I thought I saw a free script or software that did this a few years ago. I just don't remember. Where the words to be changed were separated by | or something.

On your server in SSH or locally in terminal on a LINUX box ...

Maybe, some one knows the same command on a windows box?
