...but I'm at a loss of what to do anymore. I can't seem to get my gallerie slisted anywhere anymore and the ones that do get listed get fuck all for traffic to them.


I need some SERIOUS advice on what I am doing wrong. Here is what I have so far this past month that wont get listed anywhere worth my trouble.

Build some free sites, AVS, link lists. Galleries aren't the only way to make money.

this is all i know how to do. I've only been doing this for 4 months. I find it anoying that I get a reject email... yet that same site is listing fucking FPA galleries and ones generated with arles. So I try the same.... still nothing.

like how do people manage to make money off this? One tgp wont take certain types of galeries, the other will but wont list me because I'm not "known" or they don't like the content. Not enough nudity, etc etc.

this is getting pathetic, I work 16 hours a day making galleries, and i make nothign anymore and I see all these tgp's rejecting me listing the same fucking content as I tried a week later under a more well known domain but a 13 year old's design...

I'm having the same problems. I've been doing this for a month. Not having a problem getting my galleries rejected, but not getting enough traffic to make sales. I'm of the opinion that it's basically a numbers game, and once I have enough places out there with my link codes -- not just galleries, but AVS and free sites, too -- I'll up my odds, so to speak.

If I iwantchixx doesn't mind, I'll post a list of the galleries I've been posting, too. Wouldn't hurt to get some feedback on 'em. Fair, iwantchixx?

I think the gallery layout looks decent... but the content is pretty ugly :(

Ive never had much luck getting traffic to teen/amateur galleries, unless you pay for listings... Too much competition. Some days are good other days are just a waste of time.

Now i try focusing on specific niches:
pornstars - submit to pornstar tgps
asians - submit to asian tgps
lesbians - submit to lesbian tgps
or whatever works for you...

After submitting to the specific niche tgp's then you can also submit to the broad tgps. Then submit to AVS and free sites. Traffic adds up quicker this way...

...then again I shouldnt be one to talk.

Last month I bought what appeared to be some really hot looking content, perfect for my niche... got listed all over the place... turns out it was stolen content. I got some nice leters from a lawer, my sponsor, and my host. :mad:

Where are you submitting? How many are you submitting to? Are you hand submitting? Using an autosubmitter, etc? I'm using russian submitter for no other reason than to put my TGP's recip link on every gallery. That still barely drives hits, of course I am using a free host.

I was just laughting about the niche. I know these underpromoted niches have killer conversions. :)

personally I enjoy workign with sweetcuties content. Gives me wood. but thats the type of porn I'm into. Alot of surfers like it too, otherwise sweetcuties wouldnt exists. Same goes for FTVGirls. altho ftv's their content is pretty harsh. It's blurry, impossible to compress to a decent size because of lighting used in the shoots the copressors can't do to much to it. But it seems that alot of webmasters frown upon sweetcuties and FTV content and call them ugly every time I talk to other webmasters about the girls or my galleries using the girls. Well, if they were so ugly, why do surfers pay to see them? This just goes to show that being a porn webmaster dulls our senses and we need extreme pictures of our varoite niche's to get wood now.

There are two points here - 1 is that it really is a numbers game - you need to spread your work out over galleries, free sites and avs sites and keep churning the last two out. There is no great skill in building free sites and avs sites - the skill is in how you sell your product.

The second point is that with galleries its not so much who will list your galleries but which of those actually send any traffic. RS is for the lazy - compile your own submit list and submit by hand - watch your stats - add more TGPs and remove any that stop sending you traffic. Keep on refining your list - it will become a valuable asset to your business

If you see a TGP offering partnerships then grab it and don't limit yourself to just the niches like teens and amateurs. Every man and his dog is submitting galleries in those niches so look for others.

The girls fucks guy niche probably converts very well but content is limited. Once a reviewer or list owner has seen that content 5 or 6 times it doesn't matter how good your gallery design is - it will still get the chop because of the content.

That's just my :2 cents: and probably isn't even worth that much.

I hand-submit to about 30-40 places, including Richard's Realms (I always get listed there, no problem) and biggies like Thumbzilla, but I don't get listed at the biggies very often because for now I'm stuck with sponsor content. I use RS for another 600 or so places, very rarely get declined for those. I want to use RS for the same thing you mentioned when my TGP is up and running...and I'm mostly doing a TGP as another way to get some traffic to my own stuff.

My own preference is for BBW and some fetish stuff...I'm thinking of taking the advice I've seen tossed around and stick to making galleries and free sites for the stuff I like myself...and maybe the BBW and fetish content won't be as overexposed as some of the other sponsor stuff I'm working with.

I've even thought of shooting some of my own amateur BBW content again -- not for a paysite but just to have fresh stuff to match up with BBW sponsors for galleries.

There's nothing like that on any of my galls. I hand code the fuckers, have em on paid hosting, so there's nothing on there that should fuck with your browser -- no popups, no hahahahahahahahahaha, no nothing.

I have a few medical problems and can no longer work a regular job so
I have a lot of free time and no money.
The question is I used to hand submit galleries for a couple of friends
if I start doing it again what could I charge for this service?

Say hand submitting to 60 galleries and autosubmit to the rest of them.
I would actually read and understand the rules of each tgp and provide
interactive customer service to clients, suggestions, etc.

Just got done looking at your portfolio, nice work. However the way you came off "the designs are really bad" was quite insulting. But I guess I should expect that level of proffessionalism from GFY.

Also it's sad but true that quite a few of the 'big' TGP's get a bit pissy if you try to actually sell. A banner in the middle of the page upsets them (after all you might actually make a sale). To believe the usual BS that the surfers will be in some way pissed off about having a banner/link where they can see it always amazes me. Unfortunately even thehun is going that way these days. Shame really because the surfer really doesn't care that much as long as he can get to the porn easily with no misleading BS. Bookmarkers don't drop without insane rules but sales do for all concerned. Porn with little/no advertising benefits nobody.

Thankfully they're not yet all like that. Guys such as the Shemp realise it's a business and what makes it tick and have sensible rules that keep surfers and the WM's happy. Same can be said of Sleazy whatever I think of the guy. He has his business head on most of the time and is in this to make money.

I am lazy, I don't do graphics and stuff when I submit. I like keeping it simple and I do manage to get on the hun. This gallery was on the hun last week.
