The Banks Scrubbing Adult Hard?

Sometimes they go through phases of doing this, I've got a good card here, a couple of days ago I tested it for an Epoch sale but it got declined (Paypal was available so I could still put a purchase through), I just tested it now for a CCBill site which has never failed to let me join (I join it every 6 months or so to grab some of their latest content for promotion). Here's what I am told

CCBill know this card is legit, so this must be completely out of their hands.

One minute I think Google Algo is bringing sales down, then I see that legit sales are being rejected by the banks. Hopefully the banks will turn down their adult scrub soon :2 cents:

Doesn't ccbill admin panel show you why the card has been blacklisted?

It hasn't been blacklisted by CCBill, this is the banks themselves telling CCBill to decline the card. If I try in a week or two it will most likely work again. Bank scrubbing levels vary over time :2 cents:

I guess I've never had one of those then. I can see why transactions don't take place with zombaio. Not sure how accurate though.

It's a long time since I've seen this particular type of decline :2 cents:

I've never tried Zombaio myself

Of course. But it's not 'scrubbing'. I guess even you don't know how deep the rulers go.

It wouldn't surprise me if the US government shutdown is affecting confidence :2 cents:

Replied. I wonder if the gfy guys can make the pm system here any more retarded.

wehateporn 10-05-2013 06:37 PM

Epoch sales good today :2 cents:

It's not the banks ;) It is the other people scrubbing... who's scrubbing... who's scrubbing... lol You must understand the game to find the solution.

I would be very very very skeptical and curious about any reported decline from 3rd party parasite....

I used to trust and believe all declines that were reported until I accidentally discovered that the son of bitch ass wipe fuck tard bastard chicken fuckers were reporting transactions as declines that were actually approved with money taken from customer.

This is why there can be no trust with them because they are incapable of being trusted in todays economic climate

Needless to say billing a customer for goods and services and telling the merchant that the transaction is declined or should I say Lying to the merchant while pocketing the customers funds is billing fraud of the highest order.

Cheesy rats are gonna cheese when they have no accountability no oversight. and no adult industry with intellect and guts to hold them to task.

This again....

Barry-xlovecam 10-06-2013 08:47 AM

How do you know it is the credit card being declined and not the processor making the transaction with the customer's credit card?

Seems odd that a valid credit card is declined ...

It is true that billers scrub - but is not only this. Often it is the banks/credit card companies really. For example US card trying to buy on EURO cam site, at times the specific bank decided the specific cards will decline on foreign transactions of a list of "high risk" banks processors. So the card is valid but the card bank will decline basically the site who tries to bill it (it is not the site who decline the card). In some cases the cardholder is called by bank immediately after the decline, asking: "was it you who tried to buy porn?", the user have to answer: "yes, it was me, please whitelist this". Ok they don't tell porn perhaps, but it happens. Had it reported by many users in the years, some even block the card, so each time they try to buy a porn site under certain billers/banks, the card is blocked until the user calls the bank. In worst cases, even whitelisting does not work so each single time the guy use the card there, it is blocked and he must call the bank to unblock, this is rude. We keep 5 or 6 billers for this reason, some banks simply want to decline sales on a certain biller so have to use another. Things are more complicated than someone thinks.

One card out of millions. Must be exactly what you say!

I am in charge of the oversight and accountability department over here at max-hardcore.com I audit my password file against my biller and havn't seen any issues yet. Ive only been with them about a year I guess, so maybe they are plotting their move and waiting for me to slip up. I dunno. But so far so good.

Let us know how sliiing works out. Im curious to know how it stacks up.
