paxum card, how long you get?

Hi,
It's been a month since my card shows the status "Printing"
How long does it take to get it?
Are problems with Paxum or I am just unlucky?

Thanks

transbetty 10-06-2013 10:00 PM

They are having problems getting cards approved by bank and issuing them.

Look for post " Paxum has problems that Payoneer doesn't? " (1122564 - can't post URLs yet)

I'm already stuck on "Submitted" status already for 18 days. Very bad customer experience, it's starting to worrying me :/

I don't need to think about Bolivians or the Québécois whilst at the atm.

transbetty 10-07-2013 06:10 AM

My problem is not fixed yet, approval status is still "Submited" even after 19 working days. :/

It seems that a problem is not fixed.

Cards are being printed and shipped.

However we do have a backlog due to the original issue. We are sending more accounts for printing every day and we will be back on track in a few days.

Please rest assured your cards are simply in queue and will be printed and shipped soon. We apologize for the inconvenience and delay.

Status changed to "Printing", glad to see things are in motion.

Side-note: Ruth was helpful - faster reply than official support.

I need to set up my account for the first time to get money owed to me. But from the look of all these paxum threads I'll be waiting a month or longer to get funds

Well, they have plenty of withdrawal methods besides their MasterCard.
Or you can exchange your paxum to another e-currency for a fee.

If you have money in Paxum and need to withdraws I can trade you for PayPal and you can send directly to your bank.

Something is definitely up. Created a new account and there is no Apply card link in the new account.

Hi Konda,

Thanks for signing up with Paxum! :thumbsup

We have been urged by the issuing bank to add an extra step in our card issuing process. The apply for card link no longer automatically displays by default. In order for the card link to display you must first receive a payment from a Paxum Business client, no matter what the amount. The purpose of having this payment sent is to determine a payroll relationship. This is the only change in our system. everything else remains the same.

Once you have received a payment from a Paxum Business client you will be able to see the Apply for Card option inside your account within a few hours.

We apologize for the confusion. If you need any assistance with this, please get in touch with me directly to assist you.

Best,

Ruth :)

What qualifies a Paxum user as a 'Paxum Business client'?

We offer two types of accounts; Paxum Business Account or Paxum Personal Account. When I refer to a Paxum Business client I mean a Paxum Business Account Holder.

How long is a few hours? It's been more than 15 hours since receiving a payment from a business account and still no Apply Card link.

Hmm. What other adult payment processor in recent times had issues with their bank asking for an extra layer of protection and requiring members to be sent money from a business account before being activated?

The writing's on the wall. :upsidedow

AdultKing 10-29-2013 06:55 PM

So will this work if you send a payment from one of your own business accounts to another ?
