Were they arresting people for flashing last year? I'm watching Cops at Mardi Gras right now and first of all they said they were warning any girl that flashed tits only once, and arresting anyone male or female that flashed below the waste. Is this just to make them look good on TV?

I'm from shreveport, LA and we went to Mardi Gras for 1 day in 2000, and for 10 days in 2001. They were warning in 2000 but I never saw an arrest. In 2001 they announced on the news that they really didn't care what people did as long as they stayed safe. In 10 days the only arrests I saw were for fighting.

They are on TV arresting people off the balcanies for flashing their pussy. WTF? Is this an actual representation of what Mardi has become or just for good show on TV?
