If there are only ten or twenty domains you want to buy, contact the owners. I think New Frontier would be extremely interested in unloading pussy.com, tits.com, or teensex.com right now. Definitely 7-figure pricing, but their stock's in the shitter, and they've ceased most paysite operations to refocus on satellite pay-per-view rather than their Internet properties.

Adult.com is central to an active, growing business, so you'd have to expect to pay a lot more than just the natural type-in traffic would justify. Same with Kremen's sex.com. Porno.com, ass.com, and voyeur.com are webdad's (Rick Schwartz), and he virtually never sells a name...I'm sure he has a price, but I'm equally sure it's out the ass. Jennifer (girls.com, teens.com, etc.) seems to be buying rather than selling. Same with Slavik (milf.com, shit.com, etc.) and the Strategist (hentai.com, shemales.com, etc.). All of them know the biz, and none of them will give you a bargain.

I really think pussy.com and the other New Frontier names would be your best bet.

That's a pretty kickass domain name.
