Tips on finding a micro niche. I have willing models
 

So I have all the equipment, models, locations for some shoots. I am currently trying to decide on a micro niche to go after and build a site for.
I plan on making it a free site, where I make money strictly from ads. Does anyone have any suggestions/tools for finding a niche that could be profitable? I'm looking for something that has a low amount of competition. Perhaps something bizarre or has that 'wow' factor.
