sure. you have to filter your traffic if you want sales from brazil, russia etc.

I'm sure you're right, though I do get some sales from Brazil, India, even Angola sent a couple of sales

Costa Rica sent me 36 bucks

BitterStrawberry.com can surely convert all that mobile traffc you can't convert.

It really depends on what you have. People has their own choice what to buy.

Maybe they want to buy Viagra so expect nothing from them if you sell them porn. :D

Our main traffic is from India bcz we are selling indian stuff. 56% of sales coming from India. We are gaining and adding new sites which mean we are doing well with Indian traffic... conversion compare to other countries traffic is low but atleast we are converting

Are you saying that you got paying customers even from Somalia, Niger, Liberia , Belize?

This forum isn't big enough to mention all the countries that don't send me sales.

It would be much easier to tell you the countries that DO send me sales...

I have a feeling it might be similar situation for the OP. Unless he really gets sales from +- 200 countries...

Personally I have never seen any sales generate from any of the following countries:


Kiribati, Nauru, Tuvalu, Comoros, Vanuatu, Transnistria, Moldova, Timor-Leste, Djibouti, Eritrea, Palau, Suriname, Burikina Faso, Benin, Togo, Lesotho, Solomon Islands, Malawi, Guyana, Azerbaijan, Seychelles, Turkmenistan, Bhutan, Sierra Leone, and Gabon.


Which is weird, when you think of all the effort made by the industry to generate traffic in those places....

There are a few things you can do to help improve throughput from countries that don't convert that well. First, translate the terms into their language so they know what they are getting. Then, do the currency conversion so they know how much they are paying. Offer support information in their language. And when possible, offer local payment types that they may be more willing to sign up with. Not every country uses credit cards the way Americans do.
