Paxum:Is there anyone else MasterCard being in "Printing" Status for too long?
Since August 19 my card is in printing status, and of course hasn't been mailed to me...
Support replied as:We do not have a timeline for when it will be printed Anyone else having the same problem? |
They want you to pay extra to expedite the process. The worst part is mailing time. :)
|
I put in my documents for a new Paxum card three weeks ago. It's still on 'submitted'. Well past 12 business days.

Is Choice bank still active or their out of business? One other weird thing, is that my card initially activated on September 22 2011, but my account says that my card activated (better to say re-activated) on August 9 2013...:warning I was able to withdraw funds from ATM though, which means the money are not "in motion" at least... |

Same issue here. 6 cards expired in September, they were not printed, support does not give information on eta.
So Paxum please give an offical explantion since this is getting fishy. What is going on with the card renewals and when will they be released to printing ? |

Hi everyone,
We are aware that there is currently an issue with card printing and we apologize for the inconvenience and delay. The bank had an issue with the most recent batches of cards and this resulted in a printing/shipping delay. We have been in contact with them to see what we can do to help get the problem fixed as quickly as possible. We expect the situation to be resolved by the end of the week. We know that the cards have been in pending status for longer than usual, and again we apologize for the inconvenience. We are not considering dropping the cards, and the cards will be released very soon. We appreciate your ongoing patience and we will contact affected clients with an update as soon as we have one. Thanks, Ruth :) [email protected] |

Thanks again for your patience while this was fixed, and thanks for choosing Paxum :) |
I dont think the problem was fixed beucase now the status I got on one of our cards is this:
Submitted (This process can take up to 12 business days) Submitted on 2013-10-01 Then 2 days ago it the status was changed to Submitted (This process can take up to 12 business days) Submitted on 2013-10-10 So basically the card submitted date got prolonged. What is really going on ? When will the card be actually printed ? Stop replying with "funds are in motion" type of replies, provide a deadline when the cards will be printed. If there is none I'll take that as a signal to jump boat. |
I just like how they changed the requirements to get a debit card but you can't transfer money from the debit card back to your main account
|
Still haven't got my mastercard. Since 2013-08-12 status is "Submitted".
|
Official reply would be welcome.
No reply is welcome also as each passing minute tilts the scale towards "seek alternative option" for our company. |
What a nightmare.
How about you drop the annual charge and ship cards next day for free? |
BTW I have had various credit and bank cards for more than 30 years and never had a delay from anyone. Replaced cards at most took day and that is when my picture was printed on the back.
If there is smoke, there is fire... |
Looks like now they are asking people to upload second form of ID like SS#, National ID or Passport. Wonder how long it will take them to "review" those and delay the process for another few weeks.
Paxum, really? WTF? |
I have been waiting forever too. they changed the status to:
"Submitted (This process can take up to 12 business days) Submitted on 2013-10-02" which has been long after it was initially submitted. |
so is a new card dead in the water? i need to order one and wondering should i just switch everything to payoneer?
|
Great news!
Paxum added as payment processor for Epoch! Kudos Paxum https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1123621 Now we can get surfers to pay with paxum instead of ccs, and get monies directly into our paxum, and then transfer to cards and withdraw to atms. MM no sorry.. some messup.. now we can get monies directly into our paxum and then spend the money on buying memberships to other sites. GREAT !!! Hooray !! |
How much longer you will you all continue to be abused?

I hope it's really a temporary problem and everything will be ok soon.
|
Cards are being printed and shipped.
However we do have a backlog due to the original issue. We are sending more accounts for printing every day and we will be back on track in a few days. Please rest assured your cards are simply in queue and will be printed and shipped soon. We apologize for the inconvenience and delay. |

Cards are being printed and shipped. Not ALL cards have been printed and shipped yet. Those cards that have not yet been printed and shipped are in queue and will be printed and shipped soon. I hope that clears it up :) |

Btw with all this delay i hope the expiration date of the new cards will be November or October 2015, and not September 2015... |
Sponsors, please, please switch to Payoneer. It's so much easier to deal with. Why are there so many stubborn sponsors that will only use Paxum?

Copy paste response of their support tickets is one of the most pathetic support I ever experience.
