Poutine sorts out Syria and now Obama is chatting with Iran

Iran feels like it can do what it wants - it can really, no one can stop them from making nukes (not illegal) - but Iran doesn't seem to understand the US knows EXACTLY what they are doing. Fuck, it seems like at one point the US (or Israel?) had more control over their centerfuges than they did.

People forget that Iran wasn't always a enemy and they were not always ruled by the extreme Muslim rule.

One thing that many overlook is the middle east has went through a lot of change in the last few years. Seem Iran's new president realizes this and is trying to be productive rather than risk another arab spring happening.

Just yesterday there were major protests in Saudi Arabia, so the writing is on the wall and perhaps we may see a more progressive middle east.

Two questions...

1) When was the last time Iran started a war?

2) How many nukes does Israel posses?

They are currently involved in the Syrian war, so started.. I dunno but taking part in.. Well today...

It was also pretty certain their special forces were training insurgents in Iraq and they were 100% certainly supplying weapons to them.

Those who stand to make $Billions from a war with Iran will not allow peace, even if they have to change the leadership of Iran first. The war is planned; it cannot be stopped, only delayed. How the mainstream media treat anti-war politicians

There are 2 possibilities 1) Iran is sincere and wants better relations with the US 2) After watching Obama paint himself into a corner in Syria Iran sees him as an easy mark to fool while they continue to progress to their own nuclear weapons

The Saudis and Israel won't be buying what the Iranians are selling even if Obama does.

What unites the Arabs, their hatred of Israel, is far weaker than what divides them, their hatred of each other. They are Muslims before they are Arabs, which means they will never live in peace.

I was just reading about a book called The Next 100 Years', predicting geo-politics for the next few hundred years. The author sees the return of Turkey as the major power in the ME, the Ottoman Empire II.
