who encodes mpegs?
 

My mpegs are pretty big (8mb per minute) and the quality isnt as good as many ive seen that are 6 mb per minute. I used cleaner to encode them from avi but I dont like cleaner's output. I have premier, ulead, xing. what to use?


what do you use? would you please share your mpeg recipe????

Are you using TMPGEnc?

ive tried xing, ulead and cleaner. not TMPGenc. that the best prog to use?

Im not sure how well the shareware version works, but with the full program just edit the video and audio bitrates until you find a setting that has good output quality and file size...

Alot better than the xing version i tried several years back...

TMPGEnc is installed, its fully functional as a demo for 30 days. It looks great, simple to use. But one thing... How do i adjust the audio bit rate etc.? its not allowing me to.
