i'm trying to refresh part of page on timer

hey guys , this is the last approach for my website as i cant get some decent traffic for months

today i got this idea to auto-reload cam section on my website and make it little dynamic so this might push google to see me

i have find few java scripts codes but they doesn't work

here i want the code to effect this DIV
