I thought it belongs to xPays, because Vivid links to it, but i saw it on a few others celebrity sites.
So who can distribute it?

The real Sex tape (One Night in Paris) is Xpays.
I think they license it to some other sites as well.
Xpays actively prevents sites from using this sex tape.

There is another 'sex tape' which comes from the tapes in the storage locker that was auctioned. Most sites use that one.

i've got into members area, it shows me 3 their celbrity sites, but once i click any of those it redirects to elitedollars paysites members are w/ no celebrity content.
i remind trying to get into it like a year ago w/ the same problem
