Whats their problem?

It's fucking MARCH and they wait until now to send out 1099?

Some of us have already filed our taxes. What are we supposed to do? Refile?

Call the IRS and request a form to file an amended 1040 etc. You can get it at the website IRS.gov but I forgot the form #.

For those of us with accountants, it costs extra cash to do that.
Thats why I wait until April to file... I havent gotten a single 1099 yet... and at least 5 people owe me one.

The only 1099's I get are from Sexhit and ARS... all of the other companies don't send me anything

1099s are useless, no real need for them other than for you to know exactly how much income your earned from a company.

How much you deposited in your bank account (cash, checks) is what the IRS might cross reference your taxes by.

Corporate taxes are due March 15, personal taxes due April 15

Basically when doing your taxes, it's up to you to report all income regardless of 1099's or not, but what you do is up to you, though just remember one thing, don't declare 100K in income when you deposit/cash 200K in checks at your bank, Paper trails can cost you plenty.
