i hope the bernie era of f1 goes down as the worst ever. unfortunately, at the same time, viewership grew, i suspect people will attribute that to him but imo, he's gotten in the way of what would have happened anyway and could have been even bigger.

but all of his meddling, honestly. ugh. every year rule changes, tires changes, motor changes, it's too much.

DRS, KERS, all that crap is annoying. a pass under DRS with KERS seems so fake to me. Overtaking became so difficult they had to create these false videogame boost buttons to make it happen.

Races, by and large are BORING. Oh, Sebs is out in front cue 90 minutes of follow the leader.

total agree. the safety measures are welcome, bernie, as i understand that, had nothing really to do with those, and yes, the races are very boring.

i would think they are more interesting to british spectators, etc, countries that have team(s),

but i want to watch and be interested/entertained but the coverage is just so very lame, especially in comparison to nascar- super great tele coverage and fun to watch, even with the safety measures. f1 could learn much from nascar, imo. don't fuck with the race, for starters. overtaking is good. let the driver race the dadgum car! don't require them to hold back just due to some silly tire requirement.
