Since today is "Talk Like a Pirate Day" I thought it would be good to list some of the key phrases used by today's pirates.

"But all of our videos are user uploaded."

"Of course we'll take down your video, as soon as we receive a DMCA notice."

"No, we never just change the file name and reupload it again immediately."

"We don't have teams of paid uploaders masquerading as private users."

"We'd like to monitor the videos that users upload but our attorneys say we can't or we'll lose our safe harbor protection."
