Designed a site for a guy who completely ripped me off. I designed the site exactly as he instructed and he vanished. First time that's ever happened in all my years designing. Anyhow, instead of trashing it I figured somebody else may find a use for it.

The logo can easily be changed to whatever you'd like. Perfect for a video-based site, and the color scheme can be changed no problem if you don't like the current one.

Comes with the main page, tour page template, join page, and member's area template. Includes the .psd files for easy modification.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's all just a misunderstanding since from the communication I did have with Devin he seemed like a stand-up guy. I'm sure we can figure something out.

Definitely ripped off. I feel bad for anybody who works on a design for these guys. Don't expect to get paid, or even hear back from these clowns. Pains me to to say that since, in my 13 years in this business, I've never bad-mouthed anybody. Not only did Devin stop replying to me, Rebel D stopped replying to me as well, even after I proved without a doubt that his partner, Devin, had butt-fucked me. They could have easily made things right but instead they both stopped replying entirely. Real professional.

Be careful dealing with these guys. They'll screw you and not even reply when you ask them why they did it. Sad.

Hey Doug, I was me that you were PM'ing with. Rich. I replied that we could work something out as far as the design work was concerned, since it was an error on both parties, and we are still willing to do so. I don't always check GFY private messages and just saw yours from yesterday. Give me a shout Via Email, Skype or ICQ and let's get this sorted out.

I'm still waiting and I get the feeling I'm going to be waiting a long, long, long time.

"Hit me up via e-mail," they say. I do, and there's rarely a reply. So beyond frustrated with these jokers. And, no, it wasn't an "error on both parties." I forwarded you copies of all of the e-mails and ICQ messages I sent to Devin. Now it's you who's not even replying. What a great way to do business. I've been getting jerked around now for two months and am over it. I feel bad for anybody who attempts to do business with you. Something tells me I'm not the only person you clowns owe money to.

Hey Doug, it was an error on both parties.. the communication between you and Devin, from when you said you were moving was almost 3 weeks. Last communication Devin had was July 15th, in the emails you sent me, the first one was a reply to his Aug 1st email on Aug 7th. We figured you didn't like what we wanted revised and stopped responding, so we found someone else to do the work and paid them.

Since you brought up this thread, we agreed to work something out and use your design as back up, and am still willing to do that, since I agreed to it. I asked for your paypal, and you said you didn't use it.. you wanted Paxum, which most of our publishers also prefer. I told you I'd shoot you the funds as soon as they are available. If you want paypal or wire.. I can do that now.

I e-mailed you twice over the last 12 days and never heard back. You two never reply. I replied to every e-mail Devin ever sent me and even showed you proof of that. He knew I was moving and would be out of commission for three weeks and he was just fine with that. Once I got settled into my new place, I messaged him and got back to work on the site. He said it sounded good, I got back to work, and that's when he stopped replying entirely. I even messaged him on ICQ a couple of times with no reply. That when you told me to just go through you, which I've tried, but even you don't reply. I have to send you multiple messages or bump this thread just to get anywhere.

What a bunch of clowns these guys are. Real professional. I'd advise people against doing business with them. How long ago did they say they'd pay me? I've even PM'ed them and e-mailed them with no reply. What scam artists, and the proof is in this very thread. Be cautious when dealing with these people.
