There're thelinksmachine.com for free site and gallery submitters and findtrades.com for TGP. Are there other webmaster resources like the two above where you can submit your CJ, CJ2, TGP2 and/or Top Lists for trades.

The first one seem to be sites belonging to the same owner and the second one has been dead/inactive in ages.
