I find it varies.

On average 1000 KB/sec costs me $1-$10.

Well, a server price isn't "just" the bandwidth...HD space, servers processor speed, etc.
So, in my case I pay more than the previous posters payment, but the server itself may be much different.

You can't compare an apple, to an orange, to a grapefruit.
All are fruits...but all are different.
