Is it possible to report scam billing page directly to Visa/MC or Bank?
Say there is a card-banging paysite with tons of hidden prechedcked crossales, etc.
Is it possible to report it directly to VISA/MC so the scammers lose their MID? |

It's not a crime per se, but they are violating VISA/MC rules and I was wondering if it could be reported directly to them, so they close thier mids.

Sure, you should get all over that, Tell them you have 10,000 posts on GFY.
Guess what, pre checked cross sales are not a violation, no matter what surfmasters think. Perhaps you should stick with some of your other incredibly helpful business discussions like "How much would you pay for Miley's Panties ?" Idiots like you have hurt conversions far more than all the tube combined. |

Why not just complain to the billing provider?

I would just call up Visa or Mastercard directly and let them transfer you to the right department. They will probably try to push it off to the merchant bank and have you deal with them. Don't underestimate sites like ripoffreport.com either. It can severely hurt the site when people do searches prior to joining and VISA and MC do have people who scan those sites.
If it's something illegal don't hesitate to contact the government despite what some people say here to dissuade you. If the government acts and they have in the past it can severely damage the scumbags and even send them to prison. |
It is the natural progression of a cheesy rat fraudster to evolve into a pompous ass hat of a pseudo banker
