Not much content is there and what are all the div ids?

Clicking on the link in the OP shows a pretty normal looking set of results. Not sure if it's a regional thing or the issue has been fixed.

Yes it is regional, that page got non-english words, .de domain, and shows only in some countries. Still it is a fail from google, sure iti s not an authority site with much of content. If you check results in every country these are often very different (note links below got safesearch=off, with safesearch enabled it even different):

I am unsure it is worth to spend all your day following google changes, what they do it is not easy to guess.
