Hiring grunt workers
 

We are looking to hire a few freelancers to do various ongoing tasks. This can be a person or an outsource company. Here are the requirements.

What you will need:
- 1 year experience with content upload and submissions.
- Experience in writing metadata.
- Experience with batch processing video and photos.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of Google Search
- Experience with adult websites such as tgp, tube, pin, blogs, forums etc
- High speed internet a must.
- Speak, write and understand English
- Experience with Premiere, Photoshop, Excel

What you will be doing:
- Managing and posting on various websites
- Editing, cutting, splicing, and watermarking videos.
- Creating thumbnails of videos.
- Tagging, categorizing and writing meta data for videos.
- Creating and Maintaining multiple uploading and content submitting accounts.
- Data entry
- List Creation
- Organizing Content packages,
- Posting on forums, free sites and other various tasks of this nature.
