Cam and studio guys need some help on something that's been driving me nutzzzz
How the hell do cam studios get new girls to stick with it....
From my experience the girls don't know camming well in the beginning and quit since they aren't makimg money and think its bs that they can make decent $ camming.
Any suggestions how to get new girls to stay camming sfter the week or two while they learn?
I've already thought of chaining them up but I'm pretty and can't go to jail so ruled it out.
