experience with gallerie making and submitting

I have bought some content which I would like to use to promote my site's
and if there is anybody with experience in , cutting videos , watermarking them
and submitting them to sites

I'm looking for somebody who has experience and a list of sites to submit 2 also aware that many larger tubes don't accept watermarked content
