In my country, it seems my taxes go to pay bums to live on the streets, get free needles and shit so they can get stoned and harass me while I am driving in the car I paid for or while I am walking on my way to work... and then some money gets sent to native americans for no reason other then the fact that Canadians don't want to face up to the natives and simply say NO MORE.

My country has next to no military, our politicians line their own pockets, no Canadian government has made any positive change worth mentioning in the past 10 years...

Only good thing about having such incompetent politicians is that to most of the world we are not a threat at all, and this somehow makes us safer.

Well, I do get medical for only $108 per month.

I pay the second highest taxes in the world from what I heard... it's insane.

Canadians pay taxes and then some - I think it's like 51% or some outrageous amount like that.

My taxes were done the first week of Feb... gotta love e-file.

I sold stock this year. And it was stock that was bought at different prices throughout the past few years. So I'm sitting here looking at a big pile of crap on my desk, and my Quicken software, and knowing that I need to reconcile the two....

I know I can dump it all in my CPA's lap, but it's all basic crap - just time consuming. :mad:

Ah, the days of being able to fill out a 1040EZ, lol!
