I have had over 500 links stuck with these hosts for months.

Start hitting the upstream providers and the Domain registrar for them,.

POUND them

Does reporting them to their advertising supply plugrush and ero advertising likely have an weight?

if they are ignoring them, then you have legal grounds to go after them.

But first.. check their DMCA Agent filing.
