this guy was a very good friend of mine for 3-4 years. we did everything together. his mother treated me like her own, and took me in when things were tough as a teen. we lost track of each other, as it sometimes happens in life. then today i hear about this....

i know dave VERY well...and even tho he is a friend of mine, i would bet that he is at fault...i've had several altercations go down that he started, and being a friend, i came to his aide. and on more than one occasion guns were involved....

Wow such a good friend you are posting on the internet that you know him to be a violent person and he is probably guilty. I am sure the prosecutor will appreciate you as a character witness.
