Who pays highest CPM for 300x250 banner ads?
 

exoclick and eroadvertising pays pretty much the same 0.02 - 0.03.

Which is way too low in my book.

Any other suggestions?

That doesn't look like normal CPM to me, unless you are selling some third world country traffic. Is this on banners? Because banners are mixed CPC and CPM. If it's on pops, those numbers are pretty much impossible.

I'd be more than willing to have a look at your account to see if we can optimise something.

that seems awful low compared to what im paying those networks for that same banner spot lol

Where are the placements? This makes a huge difference, if it is next to video ads, the traffic mix must not be that good. Feel free to send me the traffic volume and top 20 countries the traffic comes from.
