I don't get it, what's the problem? If you shoot content, shoot her. If you arrange it to be shot, shoot her. If not, help her find work with people you work with in other ways.

Should I have some reality content shoot with her?

as a businessman, maybe tie her into an exclusive contract for a period of time and/or put a few pics up here and say you are taking orders for exclusive shoots?

if you have her best intentions at heart - there must be many content producers where you are...make a few calls for her.

I would never do the "casting couch" routine though with an impressionable 18 yr old though.
