Why not use an cash per e-mail program? Some programs offer up to $1.50. I have heard about CE Cash, are they any good?

Flashcash has a 10cent/click program for quality traffic and another 4cent/per blind link program. But superweb is right...there is much better money to be made with the Jackpot free program. (pay per click is like training wheels. ;)

This is a total scam. Why pay $0.03 per click for useless BLIND China, India or Egypt traffic? Surfers will not purchase because their expectations are not met. Payment processor can't take it, even if surfers want it. When you can purchase search phrase targeted traffic from the US at http://www.sex.com?

Note that <a href="http://clicks.adultplex.com/init.pl?mer_id=adultplex&webm_id=rocool&conf=1&typ e=link">Adultplex</a> has a minimum ratio much like <a href="http://stats.adultrevenueservice.com/wmrefer.php?180625">ARS<a/>, so no you cant flood it with chinese traffic and get paid so it isnt a scam.

But I think your right in thinking that any blind click program that doesnt have a minimum ratio is trouble.
