Hi,

I deposited $5k on a month. Due to past problem I deposited it $500, $499.99, $499.98, etc.

Well I got charged for about $6k. Fortunately I could pinpoint the mistake easily because I transfer different amount every time and they reverse. I thought this should not have happened in the first place. They said it's an isolated incident. I wonder if they can catch this if I didn't point this out.

Then I paid ero advertising $137 (100 euro).

I paid once. I remember entering amount entering paxum code once. I don't remember entering it twice.
I get credited once naturally.
I got charged twice.

I talked to paxum and they said nothing is wrong and I should contact the guy I send money too.

Even if I contact the guy what am I supposed to do? That guy will say we get $137 once. I know I only send once. Then what? They won't believe me. The only way to do so would be for them to contact ero-advertising themselves which they can do themselves now.

I already contact ero-advertising. So far no reply.

Looks like the customer service in paxum isn't aware of what ero advertising is. Ero advertising is a website. Everything is automated. Even if I were wrong and send payment twice, which I don't think so, ero advertising robot would credited me twice.

So he insisted that I must have sent money twice and should talk to ero advertising to get one of them reversed. Sigh....

The issue is
I paid once to ero advertising
ero advertising credited me once
paxum charged twice

The representative told me to talk to ero advertising. I think it's strange given that after ero says they got paid only once I will talk the same info to paxum then what?

PAXUM has "probably" around 1000 transactions per day. I'm sure they must have some staff to look into this.

Have you tried contacting Ruth on ICQ or via Email?
