Just did a huge refresh of the free tour of http://www.cosplay-mate.com/

Can you take a quick look and let me know if you found any glitch, turn off pictures or anything that could make me lose a sale?

Nice looking site (I like the splash page a lot). Appeared fully functional to me.

Had some buffering issues with the large sample videos.

Already told you in another thread that I would prefer to see the action shot in actual settings, as opposed to bare studio sets. Other than that like your concept and samples. :thumbsup

I will take a look about the buffering issues, nothing more cock blocking that buffering on a video

Agree that you really need proper sets or locations.

You can probably make the video size smaller, and even slightly reduce the speed, since most users know to click in the bottom right corner to expand the window for full screen view (the video on the splash page was smaller and played better, so maybe go with the same settings as that or slightly tweak the codec).

One other note, I went back and looked at the sample videos and just realized that the models never speak...that's not good. Why is that?

Also, the top right and bottom left sample videos have NO sound, which is really, really, not good. Not wanting to sound negative, but getting this kind of feedback might help. :2 cents:
