I'm not fling but the answer depends on the type of traffic and how much pre-selling and targeting you are doing.

1:500 paid sale should be par for dating. If not 1:200ish.
Reality is that many are around 1:2000. It's dropped off a bit. That is what I'm seeing and that is the general vibe.

If you're e-whoring/chat traffic then you could be doing 1:10.
