Affordable VPS with cPanel
 

Looking for the above, with Linux or Windows, doesn't matter. Location also not really important (but prefer USA or Netherlands). Every VPS I've looked at (that allows adult material) seems to start at $50 a month with cPanel. That is a little much for me right now since my site is just starting up and I don't know if it'll work out.

So I guess I'm looking to start with the most basic VPS and go up from there if the site grows (preferably around $25 - 30 monthly with the ability to add RAM and disk space/bandwidth as things get bigger). I would stay with my current shared hosting a while longer but from what I can gather, Hostgator doesn't allow video tube type sites, so it's only a matter of time before they crack down on this new start up. Plus shared hosting is just too slow to load videos properly.

Any suggestions that fit this bill? Thanks!
