Seahawks Looking Pretty Good in 2013

After the second preseason game last night (Seattle 40 - Denver 10) I am making the prediction that my Seattle Seahawks will be in the Super Bowl this year. Any SF/Kaepernick fans disagree?

You're making a super bowl prediction based on a pre-season game?

bronco67 08-18-2013 11:31 AM

Pre-season doesn't mean shit.

mozadek 08-18-2013 11:51 AM

I disagree, this year the Seahawks wont catch anybody by surprise. The Seahawks wont get past the Packers or the 49ers, hell, if Shanahan did not leave RGIII in when he was obviously a detriment to his team who knows how that game would of ended.

Spunky 08-18-2013 11:52 AM

Seahawks all the way!

dyna mo 08-18-2013 11:54 AM

the seahawks will always be the seahawks.

You got that right, I still remember when they played the Steelers in the Superbowl. Fucking Seahawks, Stevens in particular gave that game away.

pornsprite 08-18-2013 03:20 PM

Maybe in 5 years OKC Seahawks will make it to the Championship game :)

Last nights game basically confirms the Seahawks talent and depth...most analysts agree that Hawks will be the team to beat and they look to be pretty good for many years to come.

L-Pink 08-18-2013 04:44 PM

Not a 9'er fan but they are the team to beat this year.

deltav 08-18-2013 05:09 PM

Not just the preseason, Seattle's got a loaded roster and seems to have made all the right moves the past couple years. The Seahawks-49ers games should be good ones and I'd say both are early SB favorites.

Me, I'm just excited to see my Eagles. Doubt they'll win much with the current roster (defense looks rough! in a bad way) but they should be fun to watch for a change.

Far as RGIII - that guy is everything you could want in a QB, but I just have a bad feeling about his career injury-wise. Time will tell.

NaughtyRob 08-18-2013 08:17 PM

You can't tell shit from preseason. I am a big time Steelers fan and never even watch it.

SuckOnThis 08-18-2013 08:26 PM

When the Lions went 0-16 they were 4-0 in the pre-season.

srockhard 09-16-2013 03:13 PM

Haters were warned ;) ...see you in February!

Solid and very convincing win. I love seeing long time underdogs finally do it!

CDSmith 09-16-2013 05:28 PM

Strong start, let's see how they look in week 8.

Niners are still the team to beat this year, loss or no loss.

that man-to-man coverage v. zone is going to be an achilles heal for that 49 qb. seattle seemed to have known that going in.

srockhard 09-29-2013 11:15 PM

Hawks are 4-0 ...today wasn't pretty but may have been their toughest game of the year.

Ride it while you can, the Broncos own the NFL right now.

Reading this thread makes me laugh. Im from seattle yet have never really been behind the seachickens. But i have to say that the current team is gettin it done so far this season and gettin better too

Choopa_Pardo 09-30-2013 08:21 AM

the Hawks had no business winning that game. Schaub's blunder gave Seattle the opportunity to tie it up in the 4th.

Hey, a win is a win. The Broncos look like the real deal right now.

J. Falcon 09-30-2013 08:36 AM

I predict the Broncos vs Seahawks in the Superbowl.

Scott McD 09-30-2013 09:00 AM

Great game yesterday in London between the Steelers and Vikings.

Another sell out crowd aswell! Over 80,000.

my 2 favorite teams, im hoping they play each other in the super bowl as well!

NWB Guy 09-30-2013 09:59 AM

I think it would be great to see the Seahawks and Broncos in the Super Bowl.

The irresistible force (Peyton Manning) meeting the immovable object (Seattle D).

PuffyCash_Megan 09-30-2013 10:39 AM

I reckon the seahawks have a good chance of making it to super bowl... unfortunately they aren't my team!!! lol :)

1215 09-30-2013 02:36 PM

i wish the football team in philly would get the fuck out.

DigitalDesire 09-30-2013 03:54 PM

Super Bowl prediction...Manning healthy = Broncos by 24 points no matter who they face.

srockhard 12-03-2013 01:00 AM

Still going strong ;)

LAJ 12-03-2013 09:08 AM

I'm just waiting to see everyone jump on the Seattle bandwagon and claim they've been fans since birth lol...

Adam_M 12-03-2013 03:25 PM

Pre-season is starting to mean something I guess

Bryce_FFN 12-03-2013 03:30 PM

Mark my words Niners will have their revenge next week at Candlestick!

dyna mo 12-03-2013 04:15 PM

coming up on the part of the season where the seahawks usually start to unravel.

i'm wondering how many orgasms you had watching that niner game this weekend:warning

:winkwink:

CDSmith 12-04-2013 12:12 AM

I didn't watch the last few niners' games, which is why they won. Every game I've been in front of the tv for, they've lost.

Shit, I really want to see this niner-seattle matchup. But I'm afraid I'll jinx them.

Please do us all a favor and watch on DVR LOL

Nah seriously if we can't beat seattle this week we are not ready for the super bowl....the road to the super bowl will go thru seattle.

The mighty 49ers will have no problem taking that road!

djroof 12-04-2013 09:24 AM

Go Seahawks!!!

dyna mo 01-19-2014 07:50 PM

WTG Seahawks, I've been a fan since way back!

srockhard 01-19-2014 08:25 PM

What a season! All you haters want to guess the score of the super bowl which just so happens to be the Seahawks vs. Broncos for whom this thread was started before the season began. I'll take the Hawks in the super bowl 40-10

looky_lou 01-19-2014 08:29 PM

Go Hawks!!!!! I'm heading to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl:)

mineistaken 01-19-2014 08:36 PM

Go Hawks!

kane 01-19-2014 09:33 PM

It is the classic matchup. Best defense in the game against the best offense in the game.

We haven't had that matchup in a while. The last one I remember was when the Buc beat my Raiders.

Defense tends to win games and the weather could be very shitty in NY. Go Hawks!

Spunky 01-19-2014 10:13 PM

Seahawks all the way! Going to be tough the broncs look good and on a roll, 23-21 Hawks

beerptrol 01-19-2014 11:27 PM

Broncos will beat the seahawks

VikingMan 01-19-2014 11:34 PM

The only way I can see the Seahawks win this is if the airplane flying the Broncos to the Super Bowl goes down.
