Can you turn a spreadsheet into a web page and make it interactive?

Question for Spreadsheet gurus:

I have a simple spreadsheet that I want to turn into a web page. The spreadsheet is just like any other with values in cells you can change then view the end results.

Is there an easy way to convert or export this into a web page that people can then actually use and play with instead of just view?

you can convert the cells into input fields and have a field day with jquery to change other cells when you change input cells. It is pretty useful.

though TECHNICALLY you can share a google doc excel and have it be a website?

Thanks but this isn't what we were looking for... we just want to take a simple spreadsheet and turn it into web based spreadsheet.

I would say Google docs, and make it a PUBLIC file. Should be what you want to do easily.

yes you can, did a project when I was at college using a spreadsheet embedded into a webpage as a discount/calculator type effort, but for the best part it relied on the user having some sort of software (MS XL or similar) installed on his/her local pc for the webpage to work.
