My brother want to go abroad for job.please help
 

Sorry everyone.Maybe I shoud post this thread to Hiring board ,but I want to get some advice .

here is a simple introduction about my brother .
My family is poor and My brother is short ，He's about five feet three inches tall. Now he is 24, it is time for him to marry ,Bur no girls is willing to marry him because he is not high and not having enough money, though He is active in work and worked very hard ,the salary is very low .he is working 100 hours weeks and only earns about 2,500 renminbi, or $400, a month, After paying a high rent for the house, there is not much money left .So he decided moving abroad to look for work .

As his brother, my ability is limited and I can't help him.but I want him to get a better life. He cannot Speak English but I am sure he must have work very hard if he have good chance to work abroad., He had a healthy body , He has Chinese driver's license .Driver, waiter, cleaners, handyman ，etc. .he can do that .

Could you please give me some advice ? life and work. thank u!

working in US or Europe requires you to know language...

If he knows how to cook he could cook in some of Asian restaurants since he can take orders in Chinese... but still even in that case English would be a big advantage...

Lol,this is a bit bad place for asking such advice,as even people with a lot of skills and multiple years experience having a trouble finding a job when using this board.
There is one good proverb,which says regarding relocation "if you had a shitty job in your country,you will have shitty job in other country as well".So i quite sure how it will be much harder for him being in other country,not to mention you said how he renting a house,here in Europe even with moderate salary you cant get much then one room flat to rent.And usualy ilegall immigrants cant get even that,they live in places where they had to share place with tons of other people.So for him it would be best to try his own bussiness.
Also this reminded me to one situation when i visited china outside mall-i was looking at one bag,saying nothing,so then i went away,and dude seller was screaming like"i'l give you for 300,no for 200,no for 100",basicly with every my step price went down,but i didnt went there to buy anything just to see what is new.And that is would say perfect display of proverb which i just mentioned.

Alternatively maybe he can do some hardcore gardening work..

He used to work for a restaurant in one city.but he have no original certificates as cook.
