I am thinking to open a cam studio in Prague. Suggestions / contacts?

(I read some previous threads on the topic, but since the last ones are quite old - i am opening a new one.)

Here's the thing.

As some of you know, I run a network of adult sites from Prague, Czech Republic.

We are doing well and we are growing each quarter with the current business model, so one piece of wisdom would be "stick to what it works".

Conversely, I like to toy with new stuff and I don't want to leave money on the table, if there is an opportunity.

if we were to open a cam studio, here's some assets we start with :

- We currently meet many dozens of models each month, mostly students who tend to speak at least basic English, have some basic computer literacy, often a good teasing factor.
- A sizable portion of them would want to make an extra income with camming, but they can't do it from home: because they sleep in college dormitories, or live with parents, or jealous boyfriends, or don't have fast enough connections, or simply have no clue where to start from. There's an opportunity for us to bring those online for live shows - for mutual benefit.
- we have technical skills in our business DNA and in our in-house resources, business network etc.
- we know how to find, manage, motivate, train models - that's a key part of our current business. I am sure the _cam_ models business is different in many ways, and we are humble enough to know that there's a lot we have to learn. but we are certainly not starting from zero...
- we have enough infrastructure to start a pilot as cam studio without too much hassle (we have office/studio space, hardware, connections, accounting, in-house makeup, lighting, ... you name it).
- we have now a reasonable financial muscle to make the investments may be needed to expand a pilot if it is successful.

I am aware of some of the pitfalls. I know it is a rather crowded market already. I know "it's like herding cats". etc.

At this stage, I just want to start a pilot with perhaps 2-3 carefully selected models, no attempt to make an own brand, no big investments.
I'll see how it works and learn from there. I would be ok if i could more or less break even with the pilot, we have other sources of revenues and for now this is just an experiment.

If it works, we have resources to scale it fast.

If you already succesed with paysites,then i dont see why you would not success with cams as well.Just make sure you get a right script to run it.
