We did about 15k hits a day that lasted for about a year until they canned them, we ran no ads or affiliate links at all.

Um, I understand the reason why he does it. Problem is that it makes it harder for those of us who are actually trying to make quality blogs and not get banned.

But maybe I'm wrong, maybe we should all just spam the fuck out of it and wonder why they hate affiliates.

One "real" one (a few k hits per day, no problems yet, mostly used to send small amounts of traffic to other properties) and a small number of single-purpose ones with a few posts that are part of various SEO experiments.

I have adult blog on tumblr too... but have no idea what is going on with it.
I got 200 new followers in there the past 3 days, but have no idea if there are any sells because of tumblr....

I like tumblr and I get sell from it. Every time I post a update on my blog I get 3-4 join in the next 1-2 hours. So far the yahoo stuff didnt affect me but I only got 1 blog with my own softcore content and I dont spam it.
