would think european cam sites would allow it. they usually have more pee content than most. run pissytube.com and get a lot of euro traffic from there with it.

We're euro (NL based) we allow pee (in chatgf.com and tubecamgirl.com ), but not advertised as not nice for style we try to have; no issue with laws. I am not sure if there is any law against pee in US (or some state of US) but I am quite sure in europe is ok and Visa/MC merchant instructions forbidden poo but I not read there "pee" issues.
I do not remember however to have seen a "pee" focused cam site; just the filipino-only sites, are full of girls who offer that (some of those sites not even have an affiliate program).
