So if someone has a prescription for Adderall XR and has taken some Adderall IR recently, would that be a bad thing??

Let's say the person in question has a copy of the prescription for the XR but had another one for IR out of another state, and cannot find the one for the IR..

Exact same am salts, right, but the lack of whatever causes XR to be XR might be a concern there? Or not?

The person in question wants to take 10mg twice on two to three days per week.

either one will show up if amphetamines are tested for but it wont differentiate I dont think. so your scrip should be fine

only the very expensive GC MS test can differentiate
